Renting Gallery 654 gives you exclusive use of the entire space for your event, photoshoot, workshop, exhibition, or creative gathering. The gallery is a flexible, light-filled environment in downtown Fresno that can be adapted to fit your vision.

What Your Rental Includes

  • Private access to the full gallery

  • Use of the space for photoshoots, workshops, exhibitions, talks, receptions, and events

  • A clean, professional, art-forward setting

  • Freedom to design layout, flow, and overall experience

Scheduling & Time Use

  • Rentals are booked for a specific date and time window

  • Your rental period includes setup and breakdown

  • Additional time must be arranged in advance

Payments & Fees

  • Deposit required to secure your date

  • Remaining balance due prior to your event

  • Security deposit may be required and is refundable if no damages or extra cleaning are needed

  • Gallery rental fees vary depending on scope of the event. Full gallery rental for a one night exhibition is $500. Contact the gallery for partial gallery rentals, mid-week, private events, or photoshoots pricing.

Use of the Space

  • Intended for creative, professional, and private events

  • Event details and intended use will be outlined in advance

  • All activities must comply with local laws and regulations

Capacity & Responsibility

  • Renter is responsible for all guests, vendors, and participants

  • Occupancy limits and safety guidelines must be followed

Setup, Installation & Breakdown

  • All setup must happen within your rental window unless arranged otherwise

  • Any installation (nails, screws, adhesives, hanging work) must be approved in advance

  • Space must be returned to its original condition

Artwork & Personal Property

  • Renter is responsible for all artwork, equipment, and personal items

  • Gallery 654 is not liable for loss, theft, or damage

Cleaning

  • Basic cleanup is required after your event

  • Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges

Alcohol (If Applicable)

  • Must be approved in advance

  • Renter is responsible for compliance with all laws and safe service

Insurance

  • Liability insurance may be required depending on the type of event

Cancellations

  • Deposit is non-refundable

  • Additional payments may be partially refundable depending on timing

Damages

  • Renter is responsible for any damage to walls, floors, fixtures, or equipment

  • Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed if necessary
